Room for rent, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Need a roomate, half of the rent is 415$ plus you would need to pay half of the utility, which isn't much. You would have your own room and own bathroom, apartment is very clean and has a fire place and washer and dryer in the unit so NO hiking your cloths down to a washing facility. The complex does have a swimming pool but it is seasonal. There is a large porch/balcony facing the woods, so it is nice and peaceful and there is a BBQ. The apartment is located in the city of Wilsonville which is about 20 minutes south of downtown Portand. The apartment is also fully furnished and is warm and inviting. However the room for rent is not furnished and the bathroom is empty, so all you'll need is stuff for the bedroom/bathroom like a bed, etc. I believe the room/bath is around 350 to 400 square feet, the intire apartment it self is about 900 square feet or so.
